These terms apply to everything you buy from this store. Please read them before ordering — placing an order means you accept them.
If you are buying as a consumer, mandatory Finnish and EU consumer law always takes precedence over anything in these terms. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
2. Our pieces
Lelu Archive jewelry is made by hand, one piece at a time. Small variations in surface, finish, texture and stone colour are part of that, not faults — two pieces of the same design will never be identical. Product photographs are taken by us and represent the piece as closely as we can manage, but screens render colour and scale differently, and gemstones vary naturally.
All silver pieces are recycled 925 silver and are marked in accordance with the Finnish Act on Precious Metal Articles: a fineness mark, and our Tukes-registered responsibility mark on pieces weighing 10 g or more. Materials and dimensions are stated on each product page.
3. Prices
Prices are in euros and include Finnish VAT at 25,5 %. Shipping is added at checkout and shown in full before you pay.
We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price that applies to it. If a price is obviously wrong — a decimal point in the wrong place, a piece listed at a fraction of its material cost — we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfill it.
4. Placing an order
A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. Until then, your order is an offer we can accept or decline.
We may decline or cancel an order if the piece is no longer available, if there's an error in the price or description, if we can't deliver to your address, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or misuse. If we do, we refund you in full and tell you why.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and the other methods shown there. We never see or store your full card details. Your order goes into production once payment has gone through.
6. Delivery
Pieces are made to order, with a current making time of 4–5 weeks. Delivery terms, costs, destinations and what happens if a parcel goes missing are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Cancelling, returning, and faults
Your 14-day right to cancel, how to return a piece, refunds, exclusions and our liability for faults are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Your account
If you create an account, keep your details accurate and your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
9. Using this site
Please don't copy, scrape, resell or republish the content of this store, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may restrict access if you do.
10. Designs, images and brand
The Lelu Archive name, logo, product designs, photographs and site text are our intellectual property. You're welcome to share our images on social media with credit. You may not copy or reproduce our designs, use our photographs commercially, or use any of our content to train machine learning models, without our written permission.
Buying a piece gives you the piece — not rights to the design.
11. Our liability
We are liable for faulty pieces and for failing to deliver, as consumer law provides. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control — carrier disruption, strikes, customs, supply shortages, fire, illness or other force majeure. If one occurs we'll tell you, and if it makes delivery impossible you get a full refund.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
14. Law and disputes
Finnish law applies to these terms and to any purchase you make.
If something goes wrong, please contact us first — most things are settled in one email. If we can't agree, you can contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Service (kuluttajaneuvonta, kkv.fi) and refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariitalautakunta, kuluttajariita.fi) free of charge.
As a consumer, you can always bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live, and we will only bring proceedings against you there.
